Q: Some items are missing from my order. Why?
A: Because we work with multiple suppliers, your products may be shipped separately.
If some items are missing, they will usually arrive within 2–3 days.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Returns & Exchanges

A: Yes, absolutely. You may return any order within 30 days — no explanation required.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and must show no signs of wear or use.
All return packages must include a Track & Trace code, as the sender is responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.
Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
